The Volkswagen Golf R is the most powerful Golf ever produced being equipped with a 2.0 liters TSI four cylinder engine with turbocharging. The Volkswagen Golf R develops 199 kW / 270 PS at 6,000 rpm and 350 Nm of torque at 2,500 rpm. With this new powerplant under its hood, the Volkswagen Golf R can reach a limited top speed of 250 km/h and is able to get from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.7 seconds.
